Last year saw the debut of this food festival, this year the theme is focused on Mexican chefs known internationally for their trendsetting culinary art. The prestigious chefs which are being hosted at the resort are, Zahie Tellez, Carlos Gayan, Francisco Ruano and Mikel Alonso, where they will share their talent, creativity and passion for Mexican cuisine at this unique event. These chefs will team up with Ricardo de la Vega, executive chef of the resort’s ‘Frida’ restaurant. This restaurant will be home for four nights to this eclectic group of chefs serving a 10-course tasting menu. This really is an experience not to be missed.
